Clients, at their option, may likewise create folders and upload files for storage or references.

Clients are required to provide a Due Date per Work Request to ensure prompt resolution of the Client's legal concerns.
Submitted Work Requests will be converted into Cases [or Projects] which will appear on your Project Dashboard.
Clients need not call SMR Law Firm to request for an appointment with the lawyers.
Booking an appointment through the Client Portal is automatically confirmed.
The calendar is updated on a daily basis.

Clients can send a direct message to the Super Admin and/or Admin for any other concerns.
For any queries relating to a particular case or legal concern, Clients may send a message through Client Talk found on the Project Dashboard to maintain a clear and effective communication.
All Engagement Letters shall be stored in one place, whether such engagement is approved or rejected by the Client.
